About Joy - Certified Image and Etiquette Consultant

Joy is the principal trainer and a certified image and etiquette consultant in Singapore. She is a franchisee of First Impressions UK, a leading image consultancy that spans across Europe and Asia .

Prior to founding her own image consultancy firm, Joy had worked in the public and private sectors for 12 years. It has given her invaluable experience in sales & marketing, advertising, public relations and business development. Having worked with numerous large multinational corporate clients, she has developed strategic insights into diverse business cultures and settings. This is an edge in complementing her consultation in helping corporations build and enhance their corporate image.

Joy has been training at a local tertiary institution for 5 years, specializing in Business and Communication modules. She has obtained a Pedagogical Certificate in Technical Education, thus enabling her to develop and deliver courses that are interactive, dynamic and effective.

A Passion

Her corporate clients include IHG (InterContinental Hotel Group), Prudential, SOXAL (Singapore Oxygen Air Liquid), Aspial-Lee Hwa Jewellery, Samsung, Elle Singapore, Ministry of Education, Health Promotion Board and many more. She is also leading in the training of Singapore’s inaugural Asian Youth Games 2009 & Youth Olympics Game 2010 volunteers in Service Excellence.

Prior to her career, Joy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
